It isn't about me but it is about us.
We serve a King who makes a difference and wants us to also make a difference in wherever we can. Christ has taught us that our faith shouldn't be a selfish kind of faith but instead it should be an inclusive kind of faith (Phil 2:4). Where everyone gets a chance to make whatever little difference they can do.
Why would we be taught to "love our neighbours as we love ourselves", if our neighbours were not important? (Mat. 22:39)
Why would we be taught to pray "OUR FATHER which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name", if we were not all from the same father? (Mat. 6:9)
Philippians 2:4
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
If you have a selfish spirit in your mind let it be renewed in the name of Jesus Christ (Eph. 4:23) in order for you to learn how to give, submit, develop, be content etc.
